Enhance the flavor of your favorite cocktail with our authentic whiskey barrel stave smoking tray. Three 1-ounce bags of smoking chips are included to allow you to sample different flavors paired with your cocktail. Included are Apple, Maple, and Hickory chips. Hickory is our personal favorite. There are endless possibilities to try, you could experiment with cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, or coffee beans, the options are plenty.
The advantage to smoking chips is you can try different flavors, they are easier to light & burn for plenty of smoke, AND the chips also preserve the tray, extending your usage. We hope you share your favorite smoking flavor with us!
Kit includes smoking tray and three 1-ounce bags of smoking chips; 1 each of Apple, Maple, and Hickory. You have the option to add a glass at checkout, we offer a 10.5 ounce Whiskey Glass or 12 ounce Rocks Glass.

The tray is made from the charred side of the whiskey barrel stave, and we route a groove to allow the glass to sit flush and trap the smoke.
