can i request expedited shipping?

can i return my order?
Returns are accepted for a full refund if received within 30 days of shipment. Please contact us at sales.coopersbranch@gmail.com, and we will provide return instructions. A full refund will be issued once the item has been returned.
Personalized items are non refundable, unless there is a personalization error on our part or a product defect. Please check your personalization request for spelling and correct dates before submitting. We understand everyone makes mistakes and are happy to replace, at no cost, any errors in personalization on our end.
