Refund policy

At Cooper’s Branch we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and we always strive to exceed your expectations.  However, if you are unsatisfied with your order we will accept returns within 30 days of shipment and issue a full refund once the item has been returned.  Please contact us at sales.coopersbranch@gmail.com for return instructions.

Personalized items are non refundable, unless there is a personalization error on our part or a product defect.  Please check your personalization request for spelling and correct dates before submitting.  We understand everyone makes mistakes and are happy to replace, at no cost, any errors in personalization on our end.
